These Subscription Terms form part of the agreement between you, the user of the Equinox Academy website (www.equinox-academy.com) or app on the AppStore (“App”), and Equinox Academy.

  1. Trial Period

    2. We may offer a trial subscription for services accessible via the Website and/or App. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial's conclusion, an automatic charge for the chosen subscription period will be applied, transitioning the trial into a full subscription.

  2. Subscription

    3. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period (monthly, quarterly, etc., depending on your selected option) until cancelled by you.

  3. Payment Method

    4. Payments are charged to the method submitted at purchase. You authorise us to store your payment details as needed and to automatically charge the applicable fees.

  4. Cancellation

    5. Cancel via the “Unsubscribe” button in your account or by contacting us at support@equinox-academy.com before the trial or current subscription period ends.

  5. Changes to Subscription Fees

    6. We reserve the right to change subscription fees, subject to applicable laws. Any changes will be communicated via the app or email. If you disagree with the new fees, you may cancel before the changes take effect.

  6. Refunds

    7. If your purchase was made directly through our website and you were offered the "Money-back guarantee" during checkout, you may be entitled to a voluntary refund. To qualify, please contact us within 30 days of your initial purchase and before the conclusion of your first subscription period, ensuring that the following criteria are met:

    1. You have engaged with the learning curriculum for a minimum of 21 consecutive days within the first 30 days following your purchase.
    2. You provide us with valid reasons and supporting evidence for the refund request, which should not be based on personal or financial considerations (for example, issues related to defective or inaccurate content).

    Upon receiving your email at support@equinox-academy.com, we will assess your refund request and inform you via email about the decision on your application.

    1. 6.1. Important Clarification

      2. Please be aware that a full voluntary refund under our Money-back Guarantee is only possible if all the previously mentioned conditions are met. To ensure there is no misunderstanding, the Money-back Guarantee does not cover the following scenarios:

      1. Personal reasons: such as not liking the product or it failing to meet your expectations.
      2. Financial reasons: including unexpected charges, the trial converting into a paid subscription, automatic subscription renewals, or any misunderstandings about the services being chargeable.

      It's important to note that you have the option to cancel your subscription at any time, even if a voluntary refund is not applicable, by reaching out to us at support@equinox-academy.com.

    2. 6.2. Notice for EU Residents

      3. As a resident of the European Union (EU), you are entitled to withdraw from a digital content purchase agreement without any charge and without stating a reason, within fourteen (14) days from the date the agreement was concluded. However, this right of withdrawal does not apply if you have previously given express consent to begin the performance of the agreement and have acknowledged that you will forfeit your withdrawal right as a result.

      BY USING OUR SERVICES, YOU GIVE YOUR EXPRESS CONSENT FOR THE IMMEDIATE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE AGREEMENT AND RECOGNISE THAT YOU WILL RELINQUISH YOUR RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE AGREEMENT AS SOON AS OUR SERVERS CONFIRM YOUR PURCHASE AND THE RELEVANT PURCHASE IS SUCCESSFULLY DELIVERED TO YOU. Consequently, unless the Website and/or App is found to be defective, you are not entitled to a refund for digital content. However, you may be entitled to a proportional refund for digital services.
